INTRODUCTION TO YOGA –
A beginning or reintroduction
You don’t have to be able to tie yourself in knots or stand on your head to experience the sense of vitality and calmness that yoga provides! 90% of the benefits of yoga can be obtained through the practice of simple basic poses, using modifications as necessary, that are accessible to nearly everyone. Using basic breath techniques, gentle movement, careful sequencing and modifications, together we will find a practice that works for your body.
GROUP Class: Monday 3 – 4 pm
In this beginning level class, students will be taught the fundamentals necessary to begin the journey of yoga safely and with confidence.
60 minute-classes, $10 drop-in or
11 classes for $100 (cash or check please? Must be used within 4 months)
Learn the basics with 100% of the teachers attention providing personal guidance with the opportunity for individualized adjustments. A very special way to begin a yoga practice.
Two 60 min sessions for $100
Four 60 min sessions for $150
Six 60 min sessions for $200
