Join Susan on Sunday mornings for Meditation & Mindfulness
15-20 min gentle yoga practice, utilizing breath inspired movement. The movement is designed to help prepare the body for a breath practice (pranayama) and ready us to sit in mediation. Our pranayama practice will help to focus and quite the mind in preparation for a short mediation. The practice is great for beginners, useful for seasoned practitioners, as well as everything in between. This class will offer you the chance to release tension and stress, quiet the mind.
