Above pricing is for in-studio sessions. For in-home sessions, an additional fee may apply if your home is more that 15mins from Wellspring, Albuquerque. 

Prices for all passes, private lessons, specialty classes, and workshops include taxes unless noted.

POLICIES  & OTHER INFORMATION

HOW DO I GET STARTED? DO I NEED TO PRE-REGISTER ?
All of our classes, other than workshops, are ongoing. Feel free to drop in on any of our regularly scheduled classes whenever you like!   If this is your first visit to our studio, please come a few minutes early to fill out a Release and Waiver or save time and sign up for a free ZenPlanner account before coming to a class, Here

I HAVE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE. WILL I BE ABLE TO JOIN ANY CLASS IF I HAVE NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE?
If you are new to yoga we suggest that you begin with a Basics  class. You can find a description of these classes here.

WHAT IF I HAVE PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS?
Our teachers gladly provide modifications and props so that everyone can safely participate at his or her own level. If you have special considerations, such as back issues, joint injuries, MS, arthritis, etc. please let your teacher know before class. Please consult your physician if you have any questions or concerns and understand that ultimately, only you can be responsible for knowing your limits and listening to your body. Our teachers will do their best to guide you – and the rest is up to you!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? DO I NEED TO BRING A MAT? ANYTHING ELSE?
Wear clothes in which you can move easily and that are not too baggy. The teacher can assist you best if your ankles and knees are visible, so shorts or knee-length pants/leggings are appreciated. Non-baggy t-shirts or tank tops are fine. Yoga is done with bare feet. You do not need to bring anything; we provide mats for your use. We also have great mats for sale in our studio. Come with a fairly empty stomach and please don’t wear perfume or other strong scents.

HOW DO I PAY?
We accept cash, checks, or credit cards. Cash and checks are much appreciated to save our small business the cc fees. You are welcome to pay for a single class each time you drop-in. We also offer the option of buying classes at a lower cost by purchasing a series.

What is expected studio etiquette?
Turn all cell phones off or at very least to silent.
Please arrive a few minutes prior to class to check in and set up. If you are running late, please use care and quiet when entering the yoga room as to not disrupt the students after class has begun. .
Please don’t arrive more that 20 minutes before class as we often have tasks to complete for set up. When you arrive, please check-in and leave shoes in the front room, and quietly settle into the yoga room. Other students may have arrived a bit early to find a few minutes of peace in the yoga room,  excessive chatter may feel disruptive.
Please do be respectful of others and limit chatter in the yoga room. We enjoy getting to know each-other, please reserve time after or before class for visiting.
